Quality Analyst
Experience Required:
• Moderate experience – minimum 36 months
• Minimum 24 months experience in any one of the following: Software Testing, Bug Triaging, Audits/Quality Checks, Subject Matter Expert, or Technical Issue Resolution
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite
• Basic experience with JIRA or ticketing tools
• Exceptional reading comprehension and English writing skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience extracting and processing data using Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Proficient in data analysis techniques and root cause identification methodologies (Fishbone, RCA, 5 Whys)
• Ability to take end -to -end ownership of responsibilities and manage real -time work allocation
• Meet or exceed team targets (Productivity, Quality, SLA, Efficiency, Utilization)
• Ensure process adherence and identify process gaps and improvements
• Manage multiple responsibilities alongside core duties
• Perform regular quality audits
• Manage policy, training, reporting, and quality activities when separate POCs are unavailable
• High attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills
• Ability to identify and report high -impact issues quickly
• Ability to analyze and comprehend unclear or complex issues
• Ability to read and understand complex multi -page SOPs
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic understanding of quality and quality control
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and consistency
• Ability to memorize engineering terminologies and project -related details
• Familiar with using smartphones, virtual test platforms, and mobile navigation tools
