Required Experience
Overall Experience:
â Substantial experience – minimum 48 months (4 Years) (Adopting the Ops 3 minimum experience level).
Domain Experience:
â Minimum 18 months experience in at least one of the following areas:
â Software testing
â Bugs triaging
â Audits/quality checks
â Subject matter expert
â Technical issue resolution
Management Exposure:
â Basic experience (e.g., mentoring, leading small projects) in process or team management.
Technical Proficiency
Ticketing Tools (JIRA):
â Moderate experience with JIRA or any other ticketing tool (e.g., capable of creating dashboards and managing simple workflows).
Data Tools:
â Basic knowledge of SQL and sound experience with JQL.
â Sound experience in extracting and processing data using Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
â Proficient working knowledge of MS Office or Google suite.
RCA & Analysis:
â Proficient in data analysis techniques.
â Proficient in root cause identification methodologies (e.g., fishbone diagram analysis, RCA, 5 -whys etc.).
â Sound knowledge of Operational metrics like shrinkage and utilization.
Core Responsibilities & Deliverables
â The Ops 2.5 Specialist is responsible for ensuring process health and meeting operational targets within their assigned domain.
â Be able to achieve high program health by taking charge of the responsibilities end to end real time.
â Work allocation.
â Meet/exceed the defined targets for the team (Productivity, Quality, SLA, Efficiency, and Utilization).
â Ensure process adherence.
â Identify process gaps & improvements.
â Manage policy, training, reporting, and quality for their own process area, if there are no separate POCs for the same.
â Can manage multiple responsibilities along with Core duties.
â Manage stakeholder relationships with program leads or immediate product/engineering partners as required.
â Quality audits (regularly).
