Team Lead
Technical Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 24 months of team management experience (handling 10+ team members)
• Minimum 6 months of process management experience
• Basic experience in software testing or bug handling
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite
• Advanced experience with JIRA or other ticketing tools
• Working knowledge of JQL or SQL
• Proficient in advanced Excel techniques
• Strong data analysis skills and root cause identification methodologies (Fishbone, RCA, 5 Whys)
• Sound knowledge of operational metrics such as shrinkage and utilization
• Experience working with global stakeholders and driving projects/meetings
Issue Handling & Leadership Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple operations teams and manage governance
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and regular 1:1s
• Handle performance management and improvement plans
• Manage stakeholder relationships with program leads, product, and engineering teams
• Develop subject matter expertise in the process
• Identify and implement process excellence and tool improvement initiatives
• Take end -to -end ownership of responsibilities and real -time work allocation
• Meet or exceed team targets (productivity, quality, SLA, efficiency, utilization)
• Ensure process adherence
• Manage attendance and availability
• Conduct process gap analysis and drive improvements
• Drive team engagement and motivation
