Job Title: Application Lead

Job Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications while serving as the primary point of contact for projects. You will lead the development process, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and provide technical guidance. You will also oversee troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the project.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
• Contribute to team discussions, offering solutions to work-related challenges.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) in your area of expertise.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications
• Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (e.g., FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP)
• Experience with EDI standards and mapping

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
