We are looking for an experienced MES Technology Solution Specialist with expertise in Siemens Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Siemens MES platforms including Opcenter, APS, AIP, Connect MOM, and related manufacturing applications.
  
• Support implementation and maintenance of master data setup for manufacturing products and processes.
  
• Assist with MES deployment activities including go-live support and post-production stabilization.
  
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to validate configurations, customizations, and end-to-end MES solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug application defects, and develop fixes for reported problems.
  
• Support MES integrations with ERP, PLM, shop floor systems, and other enterprise applications.
  
• Participate in requirements gathering workshops, solution validation, and process improvement discussions.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, test cases, and solution artifacts.
  
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams on long-term solution strategies and enhancements.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, STEM, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing MES applications.
  
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter, APS, AIP, Connect MOM, or similar MES platforms.
  
• Experience integrating MES systems with ERP, PLM, and shop floor applications.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for resolving production support issues.
  
• Experience with testing, validation, and deployment support activities.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to work in shifts supporting global teams and operations.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MES design, development, testing, and implementation lifecycle.
  
• Knowledge of Siemens MES Global Manufacturing Suites.
  
• Experience in interface/integration development.
  
• Strong SQL knowledge.
  
• Experience with documentation and presentation tools such as MS Visio and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
