Job Description - Operation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

â       Optimisation of complex business processes
through detailed process mapping, data -driven strategy development, and
implementation of automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
â       Leveraging of data analytics to provide insights
into process metrics and organizational KPIs for informed decision making
â       Evaluation of the impacts of product and tech
rollouts on operational teams with feedback to the relevant stakeholders
â       Ownership of end -to -end project plans, working
closely with stakeholders to develop and implement improvements across the organization
â       Coordination with key stakeholders and
leadership teams ensuring seamless coordination and execution aligned with organizational objectives
â       Presentation of analysis, insights and project -related
updates to management and executive leadership in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

Background/Experience:

â Master’s degree
from a premier institution with a specialization in Engineering, business, or
related fields including an MBA

â Strong
project management skills, structured approach and attention to detail

â Ability
to learn and adapt quickly to evolving situations, changing business needs,
ensuring continuous alignment with best practices

â Strong
analytical skills, critical thinking and business acumen

â Excellent
stakeholder management with written and verbal communication skills to convey
complex concepts and manage multiple stakeholders

â Strong
problem -solving abilities, including complex business analytics, root cause
analysis and solution implementation

â Ability
to work independently with limited supervision in unstructured conditions
