Job Description - Operation and Maintenance Manager

The Operations and Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing day -to -day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and equipment, coordinating maintenance tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency across all departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations and maintenance.
Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment handling.
Excellent problem -solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with maintenance management systems (if applicable).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
