Job Description - Operation Executive

Duties and Responsibility :

1. Warehouse Management: Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, space utilization, and layout planning. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

2. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and tracking of inventory. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize accuracy, minimize loss, and maintain adequate stock levels.

3. Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

4. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Delegate tasks and ensure that all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement. Implement efficient processes and systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

6. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and minimize errors.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfilment rates, and operational metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.

8. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse. Conduct regular safety training sessions and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualification:

1. MBA/PGDM or course in operations and supply chain management added advantage.

2. Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
