Job Description - Operation /Logistics Executive

Magicdecor is a growing interior dÃ©cor brand delivering customized wallpapers, wall art, furnishing solutions, and dÃ©cor installations across India. Our mission is to provide high -quality, design -led products with seamless customer delivery experiences.

The Logistics Executive will manage end -to -end logistics, warehouse coordination, last -mile delivery scheduling, inventory handling, vendor management, and ensure timely, damage -free delivery of products to customers and retail partners in the Bhubaneswar region.

Coordinate daily dispatches, transportation, and final delivery movements.
Track orders, shipments, delivery timelines, and provide status updates.
Liaise with logistics partners, transporters, and courier agencies.
Maintain warehouse records—stock inward/outward, GRNs, inventory reports.
Inspect received and dispatched materials ensuring quality compliance.
Optimize routing, loading, packaging, and delivery costs.
Handle return pickups, replacements, and claims for damaged goods.
Prepare MIS reports—delivery status, cost analysis, inventory levels.
Ensure adherence to safety, documentation, billing, and compliance processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Customer Support & Installation Teams.
Maintain strong customer experience during delivery & installation coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree—Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
1–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience (preferably retail, e -commerce, dÃ©cor, furniture, printing industries).
Knowledge of ERP/software, Excel, shipment tracking tools.
Strong communication, negotiation & vendor management skills.
Ability to multitask, problem -solve & meet delivery deadlines.
Familiarity with Bhubaneswar & Odisha logistics network preferred.
Language: English, Hindi, Odia (preferred).
