We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure process efficiency, and drive performance across teams. The role involves planning, coordinating, and improving operational systems to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Manage end -to -end daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures
Lead, train, and mentor team leaders and operational staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with cross -functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Customer Support)
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently
Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
8+ years of experience in operations management (industry -specific as applicable)
Strong leadership, people management, and decision -making skills
Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools
