OPERATION SALES MANAGER

Immediate requirement for OPERATION SALES MANAGER (ONLY MALE) at CHANDIGARH with  5-7 years of relevant experience in retail line (Apparel) including team handling

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting sales targets daily/weekly sales target, Inventory Management and shrinkage control.
• Visit company stores Punjab, Jammu, Haryana.
• Handling all store operation procedures.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the store in accordance with overall company policy.
• Coordination with Store Managers on store performance & reviews.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Education: 

1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate. 
2. Working knowledge of Computers

• Problem solving skills, 
• working effectively with others and very high maturity levels.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Local language
