Operational Manager

• Manage day -to -day hospital operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, and billing.
  

• Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient coordination across departments.
  

• Implement SOPs and maintain quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
  

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, RMOs, and support staff for seamless operations.
  

• Handle patient complaints and escalations while ensuring high patient satisfaction.
  

• Monitor operational performance, revenue, and inventory.
  

• Conduct daily rounds and audits to improve efficiency and patient care.
  

• Support HR activities including staffing, training, attendance, and discipline.
  

Requirements

• MHA / MBA in Healthcare or related qualification.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem -solving skills.
  

• Knowledge of hospital workflows, compliance, and patient care operations.
  

• Proficiency in HIS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  

• Ability to work in a fast -paced healthcare environment.
