Job Description - Operational Support- Digital Assets

What is the incumbent, Digital Assets Operations Team responsible for?
We're seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in system monitoring, investigating, and troubleshooting alerts. Curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. Additionally, you'll contribute to the design and development of new features. Flexibility in scheduling comprehensive time zone coverage is a must. This team will eventually give 24/7 support.

What is the incumbent, Digital Assets Operations, responsible for?
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts in a timely and effective manner
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and services
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve system reliability and visibility
•Contribute to operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing
•Participate in the development and rollout of new features and improvements
• Rotate on-call coverage to ensure round-the-clock support

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
• Experience in systems analysis, operations support, or site reliability engineering
•Proficiency with monitoring tools and log analysis
•Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred/Plus Skills and Experience:
• Experience with Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot applications
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis
• Understanding of Okta for identity and access management
• Comfort working with Kubernetes-managed environments
•Exposure to public blockchain data query and interrogation tools or techniques

Shift Timings for now: 6AM - 3PM & 2PM – 11PM IST
