Role & Responsibilities

Property Sourcing & Expansion

• Identify suitable properties and build a strong funnel of property options in geographies planned for franchise network expansion.
  

• Conduct market research on target locations to source properties at optimal commercial term

• Build, network, and maintain a strong local presence in assigned geographies.
  

• Research current market trends and local activities to leverage opportunities for property acquisition.
  

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and consultants for sourcing Grade A properties.
  

• Possess and apply in -depth knowledge of commercial real estate market conditions across relevant micro -markets.
  

Data Management & Reporting

• Update broker details, sourced property information, and property photographs on the company’s ZOHO portal.
  

• Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of all property -related data.
  

Centre Development & Fit -Out Coordination

• Facilitate and assist in centre infrastructure development and track civil work progress on a regular basis.
  

• Review new centre fit -out checklists before launch and ensure alignment with the company’s ambience manual.
  

Legal & Compliance Coordination

• Coordinate with the legal team for property due diligence and internal approvals.
  

• Assist in managing security deposits, agreement drafting, registration processes, and property handover.
  

• Support end -to -end project execution related to property acquisition and centre launch.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Utilize market intelligence and marketplace analysis to recommend suitable properties to franchise partners.
  

• Present and justify property recommendations, convincing partners on the most viable property options for their centre format.
  

Requirements
