This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 1-4 LPA)

Min Experience: 1 years

Location: Mumbai

JobType: full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Client Support Lifecycle: Act as the primary point of contact for all client and platform-related queries, managing issues from initial receipt to resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Lead Platform & Technology Operations: Monitor trading platform uptime, order flows, and API performance. Lead troubleshooting with technical and vendor teams, and manage UAT for new platform releases.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to streamline workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to reduce bottlenecks and enhance client turnaround times.
  • Analyze & Report: Create and analyze MIS reports, issue logs, and performance dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Manage Stakeholders & Ecosystem: Coordinate with external partners such as CDSL, NSDL, exchanges, and vendors. Provide structured client feedback to internal Product teams to influence platform roadmap.
  • Ensure Compliance & Knowledge Management: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Develop SOPs and conduct training on new platform features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in stockbroking operations, fintech support, or platform management.
  • Strong understanding of trading systems, depository operations (CDSL/NSDL), and order management platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs) and Google Sheets.
  • Technical aptitude with a good understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
