Operations Associate I

We are looking for a Operator (Temp Position) to join our team. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while service level targets.

Summary

• Able to complete assigned tasks independently.
• Understands good manufacturing processes (GMP), documentation and clean room requirements.
• Reads and reviews customer specifications and work instructions.
• Review documents and fills out required forms neatly and legibly.
• Performs tasks related to the manufacture of textiles as required
• Takes direction from supervision and completes assigned tasks.
• Enters transactions in Epicor (MES) as operations are completed.
• Completes operation step confirmations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Understands written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with clean room environments preferred.
• Computer skills
• Respectful, attentive, responsible.
• Stand in place for long periods.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
