Operations Associate (Suppply Chain)

• Track stock levels and help maintain inventory accuracy.
  
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Assist with order processing and delivery tracking.
  
• Forecast inventory needs to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  
• Support smooth batch production and quality control.
  
• Contribute to cost -saving and sustainability initiatives.
  
• ​Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  

Requirements

• Strong analytical & problem -solving skills – ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  
• Excellent communication & people management skills – you’ll be coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel – because data and reporting matter.
  
• A keen interest in supply chain, procurement, and operations – experience in the consumer products industry is a bonus.
  

• Strong with numbers and problem -solving – you can turn data into useful insights.
  
• Great communicator – you’ll be working with different teams and vendors.
  
• Comfortable with MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel – reports, trackers, and presentations will be part of your day.
