Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to optimizing operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and meet the established service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong understanding of data integration and management within SAP environments.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
