Fyn (formerly known as Pi Beam Electric) is a young & vibrant Startup from IIT Madras, aiming to be the largest vertically integrated EV ecosystem platform. We started out our journey as EV manufacturers and eventually moved to EV-As-A-Service to power the fleets of the various Delivery agglomerates in India, from Large E-commerce, Small businesses to F&B sector we cater to all your Last-Mile delivery needs. With our experience of building EVs to deploying our vehicles to assist the various fleets, we were able to understand each step involved in the EV Logistics ecosystem. With the help of Data and the complete EV know-how, we will be able to optimize how EV’s on the Indian roads are currently serving.

Job Description

The LM executive provides assistance to the operations manager in the daily management of the business. Tasks will vary according to the business operations with a typical focus on the human resources aspects of the business.

LM Executive is responsible for overseeing training and onboarding programs. It allows the operations team to better serve the clients and the company

Roles & Responsibilities

· Sourcing riders for various vendors.

· Aligning riders to business objectives. Recruit based on the location provided by the team.

· Negotiate on the costing part with manpower vendors & closing the agreement.

· Communicate directly with Driver partners for onboarding and processing documents

· Interacting with clients and Riders, answering questions, and resolving issues.

· Co-ordinating with Internal teams for smooth operations.

· Manages concerns of blue-collar guys and tries to resolve the issues escalated from clients.

· Maintaining assets, policy, and procedure documents.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· 2 to 3 years of experience in handling gig force & large Fleet handling or in a similar role.

· Ability to get dedicated riders

· Strong people management and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

· Detail-oriented.

Graduation is must.
