We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

Job role:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our field The role involves guiding and assisting Digital Runners, ensuring task completion, and following up on fieldwork status. You will also update data and handle any issues that arise.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Salary Range: 1.8 LPA - 4 LPA

Experience: Either a fresher or have a minimum of six months of experience. 

Languages Preferred: Bengali and at least one of Hindi or English.

Preferred Requirement: Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Guide and Assist Digital runners on the field
• Follow up on Fieldwork status and ensure task completion
• Update fieldwork Data accurately
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintain proper communication with field employees
• Multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Bengali is Required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Typing speed and basic computer skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Intellectual and empathetic approach to work
