Operations Executive – Domestic

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in domestic travel operations

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Industry: Travel & Tourism

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end domestic travel operations and bookings.
Handle hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing, and tour arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and other suppliers.
Prepare tour itineraries and manage package costing.
Handle group tours and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Resolve customer issues and manage unexpected situations efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless trip execution.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in domestic travel operations.
Good knowledge of domestic destinations and tour packages.
Experience in travel package costing and itinerary preparation.
Strong supplier coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle groups, customer queries, and operational challenges.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
