Operations Head

We are looking for an experienced
Operations Head to take overall responsibility for three outlets in Moradabad —
two company-owned outlets and one revenue-share outlet.

The role is a unit-head-level
position with direct responsibility for profitability, sales growth,
operational standards, team performance and local market development.

Key
Responsibilities

• Own P&L responsibility across all three outlets.
  
• Drive revenue growth, cost control and
  profitability/GOP.
  
• Turn around the oldest outlet and improve its declining
  sales and profitability.
  
• Move the newer outlets from break-even towards healthy
  profitability.
  
• Drive corporate and institutional sales in the
  Moradabad market.
  
• Build relationships with exporters, local businesses
  and institutional customers.
  
• Act as the face of the brand in the region.
  
• Develop local networks and community relationships.
  
• Drive festival-time visibility and local promotional
  initiatives.
  
• Lead, coach and develop Outlet Managers and on-ground
  teams.
  
• Maintain brand standards and operational excellence
  across all locations.
  
• Increase customer footfall through local marketing and
  community engagement.
  
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
  
• Work closely with Sales, HR and other functional teams
  to improve overall performance.
  
• Build systems and processes rather than simply managing
  day-to-day operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  
• Strong restaurant, QSR, sweets or multi-outlet
  operations background.
  
• Experience handling P&L and outlet profitability.
  
• Strong sales orientation and business-development
  capability.
  
• Candidates from sweets/QSR backgrounds preferred;
  Haldiram-trained candidates may be considered.
  
• Strong restaurant-background GMs with proven sales
  orientation may also be considered.
  
• Ability to understand and adapt to the sweets business
  within a reasonable ramp-up period.
  
• Strong leadership, networking and team-development
  skills.
  
• Commercially driven with an ownership mindset.
  
• Strong understanding of local-market sales and customer
  acquisition.
