Job Description – Operations Head (Civil)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results -oriented Operations Head (Civil) to lead and manage end -to -end civil operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management, site execution, quality control, and operational efficiency across multiple functions. This role demands strong leadership, organizational capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively between on -site and office teams.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil project operations from planning through to execution.
  

• Supervise site execution, stores, and inventory management.
  

• Prepare, review, and ensure compliance with Quality Control (QC) standards.
  

• Conduct factory visits for material verification, audits, and operational oversight.
  

• Develop and monitor project timelines using MS Project, Primavera, and PowerPoint presentations.
  

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  

• Monitor and control project costs, resources, and schedules to achieve targets.
  

• Implement industry best practices in civil project management and operations.
  

• Oversee and guide installation, measurement, and quality teams, ensuring proper planning and detailed report analysis.
  

Requirements

Eligibility / Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  

• Experience: 5–10 years in civil operations and project management.
  

• Proven expertise in site execution, inventory control, and factory coordination.
  

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and PowerPoint.
  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
