Job Description - Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead at SharePal, you will be responsible for managing the Operations of a particular location/category effectively & efficiently. The primary responsibilities will include the following:

Manage the daily order book and ensuring timely delivery & pick -up of the orders.
Quality control of outbound orders before delivery & inbound orders upon receipt.
Booking couriers on a web dashboard - selecting the best as per speed & cost.
Coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick -up -related issues.
Supervising order packaging as per the packaging guidelines
Assisting the operations manager with status updates and reconciliation of inflow/outflow orders
Coordinate internally with customer care on any order -related issues.

Requirements

0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers welcome
B.Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good communication skills. English & Hindi
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business

Benefits

CTC offered: ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,50,000 P.A.
