Operations Manager

Oversee daily operations of hospital departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered service delivery.

Coordinate with medical, nursing, administrative, and support teams to maintain high operational standards.

Monitor resource utilization (manpower, equipment, infrastructure) and ensure optimal allocation.

Develop and implement SOPs for workflows, emergency response, admissions, discharges, and patient care logistics.

Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control for medical and non-medical supplies.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., NABH), and safety protocols.

Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive cost-effective practices.

Supervise non-clinical staff and ensure proper training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Handle patient grievances and support patient experience enhancement programs.

In-depth understanding of hospital administration and healthcare systems.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in hospital management software (e.g., HIS) and MS Office tools.

Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH, biomedical waste rules).

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
