A leading FMCG company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily production and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality standards, and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations including manufacturing, logistics, and inventory control.
  

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and marketing teams for seamless supply chain management.
  

• Monitor production schedules and capacity to meet demand forecasts.
  

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team for high performance.
  

• Analyze operational data and generate reports for senior management.
  

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational supplies and services.
  

• Drive sustainability initiatives and resource optimization across operations.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management within FMCG, preferably food and beverage.
  

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control standards.
  

• Experience with food safety certifications and regulatory compliance.
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
