Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in residential facility management.
  

• Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
  

• Good knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
  

• Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
  

• Familiar with government and statutory compliance.
  

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  

• Good planning and problem -solving abilities.
  

• Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
  

• Able to analyze reports and make data -driven decisions.
  

• Customer -focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
  

• Willing to travel for site visits within bangalore
  

• Should ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all time.
