Job Description - Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day -to -day operations in the Food & Beverage (F&B) space in hospitality industry with one of our client. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory management, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day -to -day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Handle inventory control, stock planning, and material procurement to minimize wastage and shortages.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the production, sales, and procurement teams to align business goals.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
10–15 years of experience in F&B operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
Strong understanding of inventory control systems, stock management, and vendor coordination.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem -solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Candidates must have stable previous employment journey.
