• Efficiently manage the scheduling, enrollment, and logistics of multiple batches for various courses.
• Ensure timely communication with enrolled students regarding batch start dates, session timings, and any changes.
• Learning Experience Enhancement:
• Collaborate with instructors and content developers to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Gather feedback from students and instructors to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Student Engagement:
• Develop strategies to foster active student participation and engagement throughout the course duration.
• Organize interactive sessions, workshops, and group activities to promote peer learning and collaboration.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track the academic performance and progress of students within each batch.
• Analyze data related to attendance, assignment submissions, and assessment results to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content, assessments, and learning materials.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
• Administrative & Learner Support:
• Provide administrative assistance to instructors, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing course-related documents.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Address student inquiries, concerns, and issues related to batch operations and learning experience.
• Provide prompt and effective resolution to student queries to ensure a positive learning journey.
• Feedback Collection and Analysis:
• Collect feedback from students, instructors, and other stakeholders on the overall batch operation and learning experience.
• Analyze feedback data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
