Here’s a brief about the role of Operations Manager:

Key Responsibilities:-

● Managing the Workforce

● Formulate strategic and operational objectives

● Recruit, train and supervise staff

● Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

● Building strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders

● Identifying & closing the Manpower requirements.

● Find ways to enhance team productivity.

● Perform quality controls and monitor service front

● Ensuring assigned objectives are met within the stipulated deadlines by the team

● Effective communication & coordination with different verticals within the organization

● Anticipating & Driving tech & product changes

Skill Sets:-

● Leadership ability

● Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role for more than 5+ years

● Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

● Familiarity with Lending functions & NACH process

● Proficient user of Microsoft tools

● Problem Solving & Quick Decision Maker

● Strong Interpersonal & communication skill
