Purpose of role:
Reporting directly to the MD, you will be responsible for the profitability and strategic direction of the permanent team operating within the UK and India.
Overall responsibility for the continuous development and execution of the sales and strategy for the business internally, including market segmentation and client commercial relationships. The role involves ensuring a dynamic sales culture to drive continuous strong growth across client base for all the company’s services and commercial channels.
Key Performance Indicators -delivering all necessary business targets, namely compliance, profitability and business growth, whilst working in accordance to the Organization's Behaviors, Mission & Values.
Key Tasks:
· Developing, improving and implementing operations and production plans to meet company goals.
· Managing the day-to-day operations of Compliance, Sales, Finance whilst establishing company policies, implementing necessary changes and adhering to compliance procedures, laws and regulation.
· Managing finances, developing, monitoring and analyzing the departmental and company budgets and financial report.
· Creating financial plans for increasing revenue margins.
· Creating operation strategies to minimize losses, implementing initiatives to reduce company costs and increasing employee productivity.
· Manage the full sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metric.
· Pipeline and territory strategy development; engage in prospecting activity to drive pipeline creation.
· Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors on compliance regulatory matters
· Ensure current NHS Trusts framework / Neuven audits are passed without critical failures and participate in audits inspection.
· Investigate and resolve complaints emanating from candidates, clients, NHS Trusts and local authorities.
· Analyze all aspect of the Operational performance and develop Metrics and reporting to the MD to demonstrate successful execution of the Operational Business Plan.
· Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance. Prepare and maintain compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Undertake tender document preparation, bid reviews and evaluations, contract negotiation, and plan contract execution, hand over to the operation team.
· You will be responsible for driving initiatives to ensure successful recruitment of new divisional employees as well as retention of existing staff within the division with the aim of growing to 20 heads within 24 months.
· To implement and demonstrate a high-level customer service ethos to ensure clients are dealt with promptly and with the highest level of professionalism on every occasion.
· To ensure that any concerns or complaints received are dealt with in the correct and appropriate manner and that the Senior Management Team are kept updated as appropriate and as necessary
· To set and perform against agreed Key Performance Indicators for self and team members and ensure these are delivered through effective behaviors linked to our performance management programmed.
· To provide mentorship and coaching to employees as dictated by the needs of the business.
· To hold regular & effective team meetings to promote internal communication and business success.
