Job Description

The Seller Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our seller support and management systems. This position involves overseeing the daily activities of the seller operations team, developing and implementing strategies to enhance seller satisfaction, and working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.

You will:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the seller operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Seller Support: Oversee the resolution of seller issues, ensuring timely and effective communication. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to seller operations and support. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for sellers.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs for sellers and internal staff to enhance knowledge and skills related to eCommerce operations.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex operational issues, providing guidance and support to the team and sellers as needed.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving seller operations and overall platform performance.

Qualifications Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and tools.
