We're looking for a proactive Operations Manager to ensure our villas and farmhouses uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Coordination:

- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance tasks and repairs.

- Manage maintenance contracts and schedule regular inspections.

2. Housekeeping Management:

- Train and supervise housekeeping staff.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.

3. Guest Satisfaction:

- Maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Respond promptly to guest feedback and ensure their satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management:

- Keep accurate inventory records.

- Ensure stock levels meet property needs.

5. Villas and Farmhouses Oversight:

- Ensure properties follow SOPs and standards.

- Conduct site visits to address issues and ensure compliance.

6. Office Work and Travel:

- Manage administrative tasks from the office.

- Travel to properties for inspections and training.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Experience in hospitality management or similar role.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
