Job Description - Operations Manager

Operations Manager

As an Operation Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating various operational aspects of our partnership and alliance initiatives. You will work with our senior operations executives and cross-functional teams to ensuring efficient partner onboarding, maintain important databases, and create essential collateral for intellect leadership meetings. Your excellent organizational skills, proficiency in various software tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Manage Sr. Operations Executive tasks on day to day basis
  • Overall Management, Update and Maintenance of Partner Contacts Database and key collateral
  • Overall Management of Partner Newsletter and Partner Comms
  • Creation and maintenance of Partner Regional Accounts Database
  • Management and Coordination of New Partner Onboarding - Coordination between Sales, Legal, Compliance and Eagle CRM
  • Creation, Update and Maintenance of all internal Partnerships and Alliances Collateral for Intellect Leadership Meetings
  • Maintain repository of all Partner Contracts and Agreements, NDAs as well as maintain up to date database of all Partnership Type Agreements
  • Work with Sales Operations Leaders Across Intellect - All Geos
  • Maintain and update theta framework model

Must have following skill set

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheet and Google Slides
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be able to articulate well

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 7-10 Year of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a partnership or alliance-focused role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google workspace applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
