Location: Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and last drawn
salary)

Role Summary

A premium 5 -star luxury resort in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand is seeking an
experienced and guest -focused Operations Manager to oversee the
day -to -day functioning of the resort and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal
candidate should have prior experience managing operations in a genuine luxury
resort / hotel environment, possess excellent communication skills, and
demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Candidates with exposure to
destination weddings, luxury events, and the Jim Corbett hospitality market
will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
  across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations,
  and Banquet functions.
  
• Ensure the highest standards
  of guest satisfaction and hospitality are consistently maintained.
  
• Monitor operational
  efficiency and service quality across all departments.
  
• Coordinate with department
  heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  
• Handle guest feedback,
  complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with SOPs,
  hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
  
• Supervise and support
  wedding events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
  
• Conduct regular operational
  reviews and staff briefings.
  
• Monitor departmental
  performance, productivity, and guest feedback metrics.
  
• Assist management in
  achieving revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets.
  
• Ensure effective
  coordination between operational teams and support departments.
  
• Support recruitment,
  training, and development of operational staff.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel
  Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5–8 years of
  experience in hotel/resort operations.
  
• Prior experience in a 5 -star
  luxury resort / hotel is mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of
  front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations
  operations.
  
• Experience in managing
  destination weddings, events, and large group movements.
  
• Excellent leadership,
  problem -solving, and decision -making skills.
  
• Strong communication and
  interpersonal abilities.
  
• Proficiency in hospitality
  management systems and operational reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience working in
  reputed luxury resorts / hotels with strong guest satisfaction records.
  
• Prior experience in Jim
  Corbett hospitality market will be highly preferred.
  
• Candidates from Uttarakhand will be given preference.
  
• Excellent spoken and written
  English.
  
• Strong team management and
  guest engagement skills.
  
• Flexible and willing to work
  in a fast -paced hospitality environment.
  
• Ability to handle
