Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (onsite and remote) for an Operations & Marketing Executive located in Mumbai. The Operations & Marketing Executive will report directly to our founder. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: developing and executing marketing strategies, executing brand strategies, coordinating events, managing social media channels, tracking performance metrics, managing inventory and logistics, and providing operational support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and operations management
• Excellent project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience using marketing automation tools and managing social media platforms
• Experience with event planning and coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive suite and project management tools (Asana)
• Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools is a plus
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
