Role
The Central Executive will support central operations, stakeholder coordination, MIS and
billing for Amron Assist, ensuring timely and accurate execution of key processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Coordination
 Coordinate with HR, Business Finance, Operations, Supply and other
stakeholders.
 Follow up on pending requirements and ensure timely closure.
2. MIS & Reporting
 Maintain central MIS and operational trackers.
 Consolidate data from cities, workshops and gig workers.
 Prepare regular management reports.
3. Gig & Workshop Billing
 Coordinate billing of gig workers/technicians and workshops.
 Track pending bills and resolve discrepancies.
4. Reconciliation & Documentation
 Support billing reconciliation with operational data.
 Maintain required records, documents and trackers.
 Ensure accuracy and timely completion of central processes.

Ideal Candidate
 2–5 years of experience in MIS, operations, finance operations or coordination.
 Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
 Strong attention to detail, coordination and follow-up skills.
