Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

·        Timely planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects for
defined regions

·        Open to travel on ground and execute fieldwork when assigned

·        People, assets, and collateral management for assigned projects for
defined regions.

·        Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and head
office

·        Ensure field surveyors are equipped with necessary tools,
documents, and instructions as per project plan

·        Assist in onboarding and training of new field surveyors

·        Address and resolve any operational issues or delays in the field

·        Publishing reports, alerts, and dashboards as per project

·        Driving cost and timelines in the assigned projects

·        Regular coordination and feedback to the field team (surveyors) to
take corrective actions on gaps identified and corrective action plan

·        Identify process gaps, suggest and implement process improvement

·        Analyzing new trends in the market and developing new features
around them.

·        To manage and
support our team of field surveyors & field visit & observe, Coaching
& Mentoring Surveyors.

·        Graduate degree in any field.

·        2+ years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in
field-based projects.

·        Strong organizational and communication skills

·        Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks
effectively

·        Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·        Proficiency in MS Office

·        Experience working with survey or data collection teams is
preferred.
