Description
As an Operations Team Member, you will be an integral part of the AFD Services-RA Operations team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve a range of tasks, from process execution to data management and client interaction, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department's operations.

Responsibilities

Execute daily operations tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Manage and update client data, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
Assist in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve operational queries and issues.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, maintaining high standards.
Support the team in project execution, contributing to successful project delivery.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management.
1-2 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
