The Role Senior Full Stack Developer – Operations IT:

We’re looking for an innovative and driven engineer who excels at solving complex challenges and delivering impactful solutions. As a Senior Full Stack Developer within our Operations IT team, you will be instrumental in designing and building platforms that support our Global Operations business. You’ll join a lean, agile, and highly capable team focused on developing scalable, high-performance systems tailored to evolving business needs.

This is a hands-on engineering role that involves close collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, and investment professionals across global regions. You’ll also engage with other technology teams on strategic, cross-functional initiatives that span the firm.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, and Angular.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.


• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for trade processing systems and operational tools.


• Enhance backend services for optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.


• Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for the Operations IT platform.


• Provide end-to-end support for production systems, including issue resolution and performance tuning.


• Mentor junior engineers and advocate for best practices in software development.

 Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience.


• Proven track record in building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.


• Expertise in:




• C# / .NET Core


• SQL Server


• JavaScript / TypeScript


• Angular (2+)




• Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals including SOLID principles, design patterns, and multi-threaded programming.


• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements, development, testing, deployment, and support.


• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

 Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.


• Understanding of financial instruments and trading terminology.


• Exposure to order management systems (e.g., Charles River).


• Experience working with market data APIs (e.g., Bloomberg).


• Knowledge of workload automation tools (e.g., ActiveBatch).


• Proficiency in profiling and performance optimization across the application stack.
