Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our business operations by managing data collection, validation, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy and consistency, enabling effective decision-making and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources.

• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Prepare reports and dashboards to support operational insights.

• Maintain data quality and support governance standards.

• Collaborate with finance, sales, and delivery teams to fulfill data and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Understanding of data management and reporting practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of data governance is an added advantage.
