Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PCBA
Assembly Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting printed
circuit board assemblies (PCBA) in accordance with industry standards and
company procedures.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using hand tools,
  soldering irons, and automated machinery.
  
• Perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering following
  IPC-A-610 standards.
  
• Inspect assemblies for defects and verify quality using magnifiers
  and microscopes.
  
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs),
  and work instructions.
  
• Operate pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and wave soldering
  machines, as required.
  
• Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot faulty assemblies.
  
• Follow ESD-safe handling practices and workplace safety protocols.
  
• Perform rework or repair of defective boards as instructed.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Document work performed and complete production reports.
  

Skills:

• Proficient in hand soldering and use of basic assembly tools.
  
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards (certification a
  plus).
  
• Ability to read schematics and assembly documentation.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
  
• Ability to work under a microscope and perform repetitive tasks.
  
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
