We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong exposure to US IT recruitment and OPT hiring processes.

Requirements

5+ years of OPT Recruitment experience
Strong understanding of OPT process and regulations
End -to -end OPT recruitment experience
Experience hiring H1 Transfers / Project Transfers / GC / H4 candidates
Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, job boards & sourcing platforms
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
