We are an IT Solutions Integrator/Consulting Firm helping our clients hire the right professional for an exciting long term project. Here are a few details.

Requirements

• Design and implement scalable, SOX-compliant security solutions.
  

• Conduct and/or lead client workshops for requirements gathering and solution design (depending on experience level).
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  

• Configure, customize, and implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud Controls as part of GRC solutions.
  

• Support Oracle Cloud Security across user administration, role customization, data roles, AORs, security profiles, and payroll/document restrictions.
  

• Implement role-based security (ERP, EPM, OTBI), segregation of duties (SOD), and BI report/data model security.
  

• Perform quarterly patch analysis, regression testing, and support SDLC activities (configuration, migration, QA).
  

• Collaborate with functional, development, and security/risk management teams to ensure secure solution delivery.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• 3–8 years of Oracle Cloud Security assessments, design, and implementations.
  

• Strong knowledge of ERP security best practices, business process flows, and cloud security risks.
  

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Security Console (custom roles, user management, security contexts, profiles).
  

• Experience in building data roles, AOR assignments, HDL loads, and restricting payroll/document types.
  

• Proficiency with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules.
  

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX (GDPR/HIPAA knowledge preferred).
  

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle GRC / Risk Management Cloud implementation (AAC, AFC, FRC).
  

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM functional modules.
  

• Consulting or Big 4 experience.
  

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
  

• Automation using Python, C#, or VBA.
  

• Troubleshooting and analysis using PL/SQL.
  

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MBA
