Oracle Cloud HCM - Functional

Working in partnership with a client-side project manager, the role involves a range of duties, including project planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking. Implement and manage Oracle Cloud ERP projects, focusing on project planning, budgeting, execution, and resource management, while ensuring successful go-live and client satisfaction. Manages the execution and completion of a single project. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. Perform Resource Management, Resource Utilization, Planning, Estimation, Release Management and Risk Management. Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live. Work with client/functional team to gather and analyze business requirements and prepare design documents. Investigate and resolve complex problems through research and technical analysis. Work with functional resources in reviewing functional specifications and translating technical issues/requests in a manner that can be understood by the business users, and vice versa. Experience in Project Planning tools like Microsoft Projects is a must. Ability to leverage pre-built tools, integrations and cloud adapters in the solution
