Oracle CX Technical Consultant - Redwood UI Specialist

About the Opportunity
A fast-growing technology services firm operating in the Enterprise CRM & Customer Experience (CX) transformation space, we partner with global brands to modernize their Oracle CX ecosystems. Our consultants design, configure, and extend Oracle’s cloud-native platforms—with a sharp focus on Redwood UI—to deliver intuitive, scalable, and future-ready customer engagement experiences across sales, service, and marketing functions. Role & Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Redwood UI components and layouts to enhance user experience across Oracle CX modules.


• Configure and extend Oracle CX applications using Redwood Framework, ensuring alignment with business process workflows.


• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate UX requirements into technical specifications for Redwood-based interfaces.


• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of Redwood UI pages across devices and user roles.


• Debug and resolve Redwood UI-related issues in development, test, and production environments.


• Document UI architecture decisions, component libraries, and best practices for Redwood implementation across projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Oracle CX Cloud Service


• Redwood UI Framework


• JavaScript


• HTML5


• CSS3


• Oracle Visual Builder


• REST APIs


• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle ADF or Oracle JET


• Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)


• Oracle CX Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, CX)
