Oracle CX Technical Lead (OSC / OFS / CPQ)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) and Oracle Field Service (OFS). Experience with Oracle CPQ is a plus. Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and customization of Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Field Service.


• Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with ERP, CRM, and other systems.


• Design technical solutions and integration architecture.


• Configure OFS routing, scheduling, capacity management, and mobility modules.


• Customize Oracle Service Cloud workspaces, workflows, business rules, and portals.


• Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.


• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.


• Manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). [JD OSC OFS...Q TechLead | Word]

Required Skills

• Oracle Service Cloud (OSC): 8+ years


• Oracle Field Service (OFS): 5+ years


• Oracle CPQ: 4+ years (Good to Have)


• OIC, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0


• JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, SQL

• Oracle CX Certifications (OSC, OFS, CPQ)


• Oracle Fusion/EBS integrations


• DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD)
