Oracle Database Administrator

The Database Expert is a highly skilled professional responsible for managing, designing, implementing, and optimizing complex database solutions.

· They play a key role in ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of databases within an organization.

· This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Database Design and Architecture: Understand and assess the Application Design and database architectures to provide the inputs for improvement,

· Evaluate and recommend database technologies and solutions based on industry best practices and emerging trends.

· Understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures for various database systems. And provide suggestions to the end user for Improvement in the same,

· Database Administration: Perform regular database monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

· Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions. Support the Backup time to ensure that the backups of the databases are optimized,

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related problems. In perspective of the Operating systems and overall environment,

· Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in databases and Operating system / Network and optimize query performance. Understanding of analyzing AWR report and other performance report is must.

· Experience with database performance tuning and monitoring tools.

· Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts

· Familiarity with cloud-based database services (eg, AWS RDS, Azure Database) is a plus.
