Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle EPBCS experience. The consultant will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing Oracle EPBCS applications. The role involves production support, incident resolution, business process enhancements, application administration, month-end and forecast cycle support and collaboration with business users and Oracle support teams. Experience in issue management, root cause analysis and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EPBCS applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.

  
  


• 
  

  Support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital (CapEx) Planning and Financial Reporting processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, reports, Smart View and data integrations.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform metadata maintenance, hierarchy updates and security administration.

  
  


• 
  

  Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and implement minor enhancements, change requests and process optimizations.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with Oracle Support for product-related issues and SR management.

  
  


• 
  

  Support monthly Oracle patch assessments and regression testing activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with Oracle Fusion ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, HCM and integration teams to support planning and reporting requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in enhancement requests, process improvements and optimization initiatives.
