Oracle ERP / Risk Management Cloud Security Consultant & Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support Oracle Cloud ERP Security across FSCM and HCM modules

Administer users, custom roles, data roles, security profiles, AOR assignments, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) activities

Perform user access management, role provisioning, security assessments, and security design reviews

Support Quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, impact assessments, regression testing, and production security operations

Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, user access reviews, audit support, and compliance activities

Secure Oracle BI / OTBI reports, subject areas, analyses, and data models

Operate within a ticket-driven support model, managing incidents, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven service delivery

Support Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) controls, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness initiatives

Required Skills:

5–7 years of Oracle Cloud ERP Security experience

Strong expertise in Oracle FSCM and HCM Security

Hands-on experience with Oracle Security Console

Deep understanding of cloud security, risk management, controls, and compliance

Experience with access governance, SoD controls, audits, and security operations

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) experience including AAC, AFC, and FRC

Oracle Cloud implementation experience

Consulting experience (Big 4 or leading consulting firms preferred)

Automation and scripting experience for security operations

PL/SQL troubleshooting and analysis skills
